About the role

As a Financial Administrator, you will be a key person in ensuring correct financial flows and a high level of service to the company's customers. You will act as the link between customers, sales, finance, and other branches, handling both ongoing matters and ensuring that financial processes run smoothly. You will address errors that may involve incorrect invoice labeling or that an approval has not been made. The role is broad and varied, focusing on invoice management, financial administration, customer support, and quality assurance.

Your main responsibilities

  • Check, follow up, and quality assure invoices
  • Complete orders and extract invoice documentation
  • Match invoices against external suppliers
  • Support customers via the customer portal, troubleshoot, and explain discrepancies
  • Assist colleagues in accounts receivable and accounts payable and provide support during the closing process
  • Investigate and resolve internal and external financial matters
  • Act as a contact person between customers, salespeople, the finance department, and branches
  • Contribute to improvement work and efficient financial processes

We are looking for someone who

  • Has post-secondary education in finance
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or financial role (e.g., business or sales support, finance assistant)
  • Has documented experience in customer contact and enjoys being the company's face to the outside
  • Possesses good system skills and preferably Excel knowledge
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Is unpretentious and service-oriented in their work approach

You are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Above all, you enjoy creating order, contributing to development, and providing good service to both customers and colleagues.

The team and culture

You will be part of a competent and collaborative team that values both quality and joy at work. You have many points of contact, primarily collaborating with the finance department, sales, and customer support. The workday starts at 07:00 – perfect for you who like to get started early and have the afternoons free.

About the employment

This is initially a consulting assignment for at least 6 months, starting as agreed and with a notice period. You will be employed by OIO and work with our client in the Malmö region, with the ambition of a long-term continuation provided that both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Location: Malmö
Working hours: 07:00–16:00
Start: Immediately, max 1 month notice period
Salary: Fixed salary
